The death toll from the earthquake in Syria has risen to 100, and 400 more have been injured. They have all been pulled out from under the rubble. But dozens of people are still there. It's also raining heavily and the weather is stormy, which is making the search much more difficult.
Recall that the earthquake occurred today, February 6, in Turkey. Its magnitude was 7.4. The epicenter was Pazarcik area in Kahramanmaras in Turkey. The number of dead so far is 99 people there. The first earthquake was followed by 22 more powerful aftershocks. The country has declared the highest level of alert.
