A dog was found locked in the apartment of a multi-storey building on Chelyabinskaya Street in Moscow. The dog had spent four days in the locked apartment, sources said.
According to preliminary information, the owner of the Spitz was detained on August 1, after which the animal remained alone in the apartment. Indifferent residents reported the situation and requested assistance in freeing the dog. Emergency services are currently working at the scene.
Earlier in the capital was recorded a similar case: the dog, which spent two days on the balcony of the apartment on the fifth floor of the house on the street of Academician Bakulev, was rescued by employees of the Ministry of emergency Situations and the police, reports 360.ru.
