A tree fell on a car in the northwest of Moscow, but there was no help from the management company and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the owner of the car had to free the vehicle himself.
The owner of the car Denis came to Moscow from Mariupol. The accident happened in the morning of June 3 in the courtyard of building 2 on Marshala Rybalko Street, even before the thunderstorm began, 360.ru reports. According to Denis, the management company and the Ministry of Emergency Situations refused to eliminate the consequences, shifting the responsibility to each other.
As a result, Denis bought a saw and tried to remove branches from the car on his own. The insurance company also refused to compensate him, as he had MTPL insurance, not CASCO.
Denis himself says that the car was the only valuable thing he had.
It is worth noting that in the spring in Astrakhan, a tree fell on a seven-year-old girl on a playground. The child could not be saved, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on this fact.
