According to the Daily Mail, a group of four people were resting by the water when they were suddenly hit by a powerful wave. Three of them, young men between the ages of 18 and 26, managed to get out of the water on their own and make it to the shore. They were given first aid at the scene.
Unfortunately, a 32-year-old woman, who was also in the group, was swept out to sea by the wave. Local fishermen and members of the rescue service, who noticed the accident, immediately rushed to help. They managed to get the woman to the shore, but, unfortunately, it was not possible to save her.

The search for a woman in Sochi, who disappeared the night before, June 27, and who was thought to have drowned in the sea, has been successfully completed.
