A 23-year-old resident of Pyatigorsk crashed in the Chegemsky district of Kabardino-Balkaria while jumping from a cliff on climbing ropes. This was reported by RIA News on Saturday, May 1.
"According to preliminary information, the organizers did not calculate the length of the rope at the attraction, and in the process of the jump the girl hit her head on the rocks and died," the Russian Investigative Committee's regional office said.
At the moment, investigators are finding out all the details of what happened and a forensic medical examination of the dead body will be carried out.
