The Russian government is discussing the possibility of introducing QR codes for people who have unofficially contracted covid and have antibodies to the coronavirus. This initiative may be approved in the near future.
According to Academician Alexander Gintsburg, it would be fair to give QR-codes to citizens who have been unofficially infected. The authorities are now working on this issue.
The WHO has not yet announced the level of antibodies needed for protection against COVID-19. This has been reported by RBK Group.
When this proposal is accepted, not only people who have recovered without an official medical diagnosis, but also citizens vaccinated against coronavirus with foreign drugs will be able to receive QR codes based on the antibody indicator.
