Nutritionists Madeleine Larouche and Megan Gilbert warned that there are foods and drinks that increase anxiety levels. Eliminating them from your diet can improve your peace of mind. The Sun writes about their recommendations.

Caffeine is a strong stimulant, so coffee and other caffeine-containing drinks can provoke excessive anxiety, increased heart rate and sweating.

Dietitians recommend replacing coffee with green tea.

Fast food also provokes anxiety, increases symptoms of depression, and negatively affects brain function. Larouche and Gilbert remind us that fast food is low in health and nutrients and also causes inflammation in the body. Fast food should be eliminated from the diet and replaced with fatty fish, dairy products, pumpkin seeds and blueberries.
