Excess animal fats and salt in the diet leads to rapid vascular damage

Doctors note that people make two mistakes in their diet, even if they are healthy and there are no restrictions: eating too many foods with animal fats and abusing salt.

"Excess animal fats cause cardiovascular disease," the Healthy Eating website clarifies.

Normally, a person should in the daily diet eat dishes from low-fat fish and meat, dairy products, eggs. They will give the necessary calories.

It is important to maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Salt also harms the blood vessels. People do not notice how they begin to salt their food, although many prepared foods already have excess salt.

"From excess salt increases blood pressure, increases the likelihood of stroke," doctors warn.
