World Health Organization (WHO) experts evaluated preparations developed on the basis of the adenovirus vector and those vaccines created using mRNA technology and concluded that combining different types of vaccines is almost equal in effectiveness to vaccinating with the same platform.

Studies have shown that mixed vaccination or revaccination with viral vector preparations and preparations based on mRNA technology is 61-91% effective. Vaccination with the mRNA drug alone gives 69-90%, and the effectiveness of vaccination with the adenovirus vector platform vaccines alone is 43-89%.

The effectiveness of combining different drugs in vaccinating against coronavirus has also been confirmed by a number of countries. Such data were provided by Britain and Chile. Injection of a booster dose during revaccination with a preparation other than the one that was vaccinated gives effective protection against coronavirus.
