If you have high blood pressure, you should avoid isometric exercises, and do not choose physical activities associated with excessive strain. Hypertensives taking medication should not exercise while feeling thirsty or hungry. People with this diagnosis should not play soccer and basketball, exercise when they have a cold.

Shilintseva reported that it is better to organize exercises in the morning and evening hours, and she also noted about the importance of mandatory consultation with the doctor before starting sports activities.
