Russian nutritionists, along with foreign colleagues, have concluded that eating certain vegetables will help relieve arthritis symptoms.

It is reported that a special diet has already been developed, which takes into account a large amount of green vegetables, including leaves.

It is noted that antioxidants can alleviate the aggravation of arthritis during the cold or wet season when the joints are oxidatively stressed.

For this, therapist Svetlana Burnatskaya suggests including kale, spinach and carrots in your diet.
