Excessive egg consumption increases the likelihood of developing an aggressive form of cancer by 70%

Foods containing choline may negatively affect men's health.

Choline is considered an important organic compound, especially for cognitive development. It is found in eggs, as well as milk and meat, reports the Daily Express.

Scientists have found that consuming large amounts of choline can significantly increase the risk of an aggressive form of cancer. The experts conducted a study involving 47,896 men and found that those who ate 500 ml of choline daily had a 70 percent higher risk of fatal prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in men around the world, especially in those over the age of 50-60.
