First Women's Health Center opened in Moscow

The center was opened on the basis of the Perinatal Center of the City Clinical Hospital No. 31 named after Academician G.M. Savelyeva.

The first Women's Health Center in Moscow was opened on the basis of the Perinatal Center of the City Clinical Hospital No. 31 named after Academician G.M. Savelyeva. According to Deputy Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova, this is only the first center, and in the future it is planned to open a whole network of such clinics in the capital, where women will be able to receive the full range of services.

In particular, here they will be able not only to check their health, to observe different specialists, but also to conduct pregnancy and childbirth, to conduct examinations for early diagnosis of cancer, treatment of infertility, cervical pathology, benign breast diseases and others.

The clinics will be equipped with all the modern equipment necessary for this purpose and united in a single structure with hospitals.

"This is not just new approaches to the organization of the treatment process, it is a new format of care for Muscovites," Rakova noted.
