It is best to fall between 22:30 and 23:30, then the body will be able to go into the fourth phase of sleep and fall asleep soundly.

The second step, which will help to wake up easily in the morning is any exercise you can do in bed.

Then the cortisol produced after waking up will help you feel more awake. For example, you can clench your fists and pull your socks aside.

The final step is to start your morning with a glass of water. This starts all the processes in the body and helps to saturate all the organs in the human body.
