Arkady Bejanyan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, stated the benefits of sports activity in avoiding the development of dangerous diseases.

To have the appropriate effect, it is worth devoting at least 150 minutes a day to physical activity. If we talk about high-intensity trainings, then - up to 75 minutes.

As the expert explained, physical activity reduces the level of insulin in the blood, helps to keep the level of sex hormones stable, improves the immune system, reduces the bad effects of bile acids on the GI tract and much more.
