Expired salads are a common cause of food poisoning.
Medics warn Russians that salads can be stored for no more than a day. However dishes from the New Year's table are often finished several days later, reports PRIMPRESS.
According to specialists, the use of expired salads can cause poisoning. The number of visits to doctors during New Year holidays with complaints of vomiting, loose stools and fever increases, so doctors ask Russians to get rid of salads, which were cooked more than a day ago.
After food poisoning, you should refrain from eating spicy or fatty foods during the recovery period.
