Some dangerous diseases may be asymptomatic, which is why a person may later face serious complications. Other diseases may manifest themselves in the form of fatigue and tiredness.
Therapist Nadezhda Chernyshova reported that there are quite a lot of such diseases. Their main danger is that while they are asymptomatic, they are easily treated, but a person simply does not notice them.
The doctor noted that such diseases include hepatitis C, which is called a "silent killer" because it can develop in the body for several years and not manifest itself in any way. HIV is also dangerous: in the early stages, a person does not notice it.
In addition, the therapist warned about the danger of oncological diseases, which often proceed asymptomatically at first. Gonorrhea is also dangerous, although it is not asymptomatic, patients often confuse it with other diseases.
"When after unprotected intercourse a person feels a burning sensation or discomfort when urinating, he can begin to self-medicate, confusing the disease with something else. But this does not cure the disease, but simply smooths out the clinical manifestations and makes the disease chronic. “It becomes difficult to cure it later,” the expert added in an interview with Vechernyaya Moskva.
In order not to let the disease progress and maintain health, the expert advises to be examined by specialists on a regular basis.
Earlier, the expert spoke about the dangers of dietary supplements from marketplaces.
