The fact is that this product has a high sugar and fat content, which negatively affects the cardiovascular system. Therefore, doctors advise to limit their consumption, opting for a natural product. To improve the flavor in natural yogurt can be added nuts, fresh berries, reports Pronews.gr.
Mayonnaise, purchased salad dressings and ketchup are also among the products that should be limited. In addition to trans fats, they contain sugar and a lot of salt.
For example, ketchup contains 4 grams of sugar per tablespoon.
