Nutritionist Koroleva named a safe daily rate of tangerines

Citrus fruits are contraindicated for people with allergies and certain chronic illnesses.

According to the doctor of medical sciences, nutritionist Margarita Koroleva, tangerines have many beneficial properties and deserve to be included in the daily diet, Moscow 24 reports.

According to a specialist, the daily intake of tangerines for a healthy person is 500 g. It is better to divide the intake into two parts at different times. These citrus fruits are high in vitamins PP, C, B and vegetable fiber.

Koroleva warned allergy sufferers against abusing tangerines, as it can lead to anaphylactic shock. The doctor also advises people prone to obesity and people with diabetes to refrain from excessive consumption of tangerines.
