It can be very difficult to go to the fitness room after a hard day at work. Therefore, it is better to schedule all workouts in the morning.

That way you won't miss it, and sport will give you a boost of energy for the whole day. Working out improves your sleep cycle and burns fat more effectively.

After working out your body, it's important to prepare your mind. Experts advise devoting 10 to 15 minutes a day to meditation. A meditation session will allow you to cope with stress and anxiety and not  to eat more than you need during the day.
