The temporary procedure for establishing disability, which was in effect during the coronavirus pandemic, is coming to an end. From July 1, the new procedure begins to take effect on a permanent basis.
Now the citizen himself can choose how he wants to undergo the procedure: in absentia or in person, at the medical and social expert assessment bureau.
The Ministry of Labor, together with the Ministry of Health, determined the list of necessary data for each disease, and from 2021 the results of the medical and social expert assessment and rehabilitation programs will be prepared electronically and available on the State Service.
