Germany is going to reduce the purchase of Russian liquefied gas.
This was reported by Bloomberg, citing the materials of the Ministry of Energy of Germany. As noted in the publication, in this way Germany is trying to minimize its dependence on Russian energy sources.
The agency reported that the plans of the FRG authorities to oblige the companies to report on the origin of natural gas purchases at volumes of five terawatts per hour.
These measures are aimed at eliminating purchases of LNG from Russia as much as possible.
