The publication writes that the portfolio was purchased by Goldman Sachs European Special Situation Group Managing Director Maxim Klimov and Goldman Sachs Russia Managing Director Anton Schrader.

As for the deal itself, it was formalized back in 2022. At the same time, according to the newspaper's interlocutors, it could have taken place on terms with a serious discount, as after the start of the special operation in Ukraine the bank declared its readiness to withdraw from the Russian assets, even without taking into account the losses.

Another source representing the data center market said that Klimov and Schrader in conversations with colleagues repeatedly mentioned that the company is now owned by "Russian individuals" since about November last year.
