Every third company in Russia has reduced salaries while pandemic

Every fourths cut staff. However the business is gradually recovering.

Every third company in Russia was forced to take such a step during the pandemic as cutting salaries, TASS writes with reference to the study of the bank "Discovery."

It focused on small business strategies after the lifting of restrictive measures.

According to the results, it turned out that, for example, 7% of companies did not make any changes - neither a reduction in staff nor a reduction in the wage fund.

According to the survey, every second company is already operating in the mode that was before the introduction of quarantine in the spring.

The greatest problems for business are losses in the purchasing power of citizens and demand.

Two thirds of companies expect a new wave of pandemics.

The survey was conducted among more than 200 businessmen - the maximum revenue of companies reached three billion rubles.
