The Board of Directors of PJSC «NC «Rosneft» has re-elected its chairman. This position will be occupied for the third consecutive year by Muhammad Bin Saleh Al-Sa'da.
The decision was taken at the first meeting of the board in its new composition, which took place following the annual shareholders' meeting. Al-Sa'da is one of the most authoritative specialists in world energy with more than 40 years of experience. He has previously served as Qatar’s Minister of Energy and Industry, as well as Chairman of the Board of Qatar Petroleum. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Science and Technology in Doha. For the first time, a representative of Qatar was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of «Rosneke» in June 2023.
The meeting also formed three standing committees of the board of directors. Al-Sadah’s re-election is a sign of stability in the management of one of Russia’s largest oil companies.
While Russian grain exports collapse, and banks mistakenly block citizens' cards, oil giant «Rosneft», on the contrary, demonstrates stability and international cooperation.
