Russian companies that import goods without the permission of the rights holder are exempt from possible criminal, administrative and civil liability.
The bill to legalize parallel imports in Russia was initiated by the Russian government. On June 21, the State Duma passed this bill in the second and third readings.
Now Russian companies, which will import goods into the country without the appropriate permission of the rights holders, will be shielded from possible criminal, administrative and civil responsibility.
This law will contribute to the development of the Russian economy against the background of anti-Russian sanctions, as well as ensure the interests of domestic consumers.
