Moscow is not a leader in all areas of activity.
In terms of salary expectations, Moscow was the leader among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. 86% of those surveyed said they believed the highest salaries could be found in the capital, according to research conducted by the service "Work.ru".
St Petersburg comes second (29%), followed by Novosibirsk (7%). Ekaterinburg (7%) and Kazan (6%) round out the top five.
At the same time, Moscow does not lead in all areas of activity. For example, Sochi is in first place in terms of salaries among catering staff, while Moscow (together with Kazan) is in second place.
