In 2019, the average salary of officials was 60.2 thousand rubles. Statistics show that the number of civil servants at the end of the year was 660.5 thousand people. This is 9.2% less than in 2019.
In March 2021, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko announced that as a result of the reform of the state apparatus, the number of officials decreased by almost 10%.
