According to experts, such a low demand for «secondary» was not recorded even in the spring of 2022, when mortgage rates were higher.
In Russia, the demand for secondary housing has fallen to a record in December 2023 - to 38% of the total volume of transactions. This was reported by "Izvestia", referring to the data of the federal company "Etazhi".
