By "gratuitous receipts" is meant the commission paid by foreign companies when selling their businesses in Russia. Now it amounts to 15% of the market price of the sold assets. The meaning of this measure is one of the types of compensation for the termination of an investor's work in Russia.

Among them are Auchan, Ataka, Metro Cash & Carry, Globus. These companies own about half a thousand stores in half of the country's regions.
