Russian crude oil exports fell to 2.86 million bpd for the week ended July 9, down more than a million barrels from previous periods.
This is the lowest value since February 2023. According to ship tracking data published by Bloomberg, the main drop occurred in western ports, and this time it was not due to technical works, which caused a decrease in supplies two weeks ago.
In Europe, the situation did not have a significant impact due to the small number of buyers, but in Asia it was felt. Export duty volumes in the period were down 29 percent from the previous week.
At the same time, domestic processing volumes reached the maximum value for the last 12 weeks.
Earlier it became known that by the beginning of July this year Russia had lost most of the tanker fleet of Gatick Ship Management in India. At the moment, the company has only four vessels left.
