Former US President Donald Trump dropped out of the list of 500 richest people in the world rating. This became known from the data of the rating Bloomberg Billionaires Index (BBI).
The reason for the loss of part of the state of the politician was the failure of the company Trump Media & Technology Group Corp (TMTG), which manages the social network Truth Social. The company's revenue has fallen by a third since the beginning of April.
The stock has lost 8.57% of its value. As a result, Trump's fortune totaled $4.6 billion. The BBI ranking, on the other hand, takes into account those with a fortune of at least $5.76 billion.
Last year, TMTG operated at a loss of $58 million, while revenue doubled. At the end of March, the company's shares rose in value on the stock exchange, and then fell afterward.
According to analysts, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp cannot run continuously. For two years, it has never been able to compete with industry leaders.
