Moscow and Minsk are actively communicating on the volume of oil and gas supplies, as well as on their prices.
A corresponding statement was made by Energy Minister Alexander Novak during the TV programme Vesti on Saturday at the TV channel Russia-1.
According to Novak, the cost of oil for Belarus is market, since it is based on current prices in the market.
Especially given the fact that there are deliveries to Belarus without export duties.
