Ankara has reached agreements with Moscow to postpone payment of gas bills. It is about the amount of 600 million dollars, which «will be deferred» until 2024.
According to Reuters, citing several sources, such a situation is the first in history. It is noted that under the agreement the deferral of payments from Turkey "to Russia could amount to four billion U.S. dollars".
