In her remarks quoted by RT, she emphasized that for further economic growth it is necessary not only to ensure the availability of money and credit, but also to increase labor productivity.

The problem with staffing is particularly acute in industries that have already passed the pre-crisis level, such as machine building and chemical industry. The head of the regulator noted that currently the economy has almost fully utilized the available resources, including labor and production capacity. The unemployment rate is only three percent, and in some regions it is even lower.

The head of the Central Bank stressed that solving the problem of labor shortage is one of the key tasks for further development of the Russian economy. It requires joint efforts of the government, business and educational organizations. The government should develop effective strategies and programs that will help attract and train qualified personnel, as well as create conditions for developing innovations and increasing labor productivity. Only then will the Russian economy be able to continue its steady growth and compete internationally.

Recall that earlier economist Koltashov spoke about the global economy in a divided world.
