The Ministry of Construction set the standard price per square meter of housing in Russia for the second half of 2025. It amounted to 113.7 thousand rubles, which is 6% higher than the figure for the first half of the year.
The order of the ministry was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The same order recorded the average market value of a square meter of living space in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the third quarter of 2025. RIA Novosti wrote about this.
The highest values were set for the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (264.5 thousand rubles), Moscow (198.5 thousand rubles), Kamchatka Krai and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (178.9 thousand rubles each), Primorsky Krai (175.7 thousand rubles), St. Petersburg (165.3 thousand rubles) and the Moscow Region (164.2 thousand rubles).
The lowest values were recorded for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (55.1 thousand rubles) and the Republic of Ingushetia (58 thousand rubles).
The cost standard and data on the average market value of housing are used by federal and regional authorities to determine the amount of social payments to citizens intended for the purchase or construction of housing using federal funds.
