Yelchaninov told Interfax that returning to pre-crisis export levels will be a long-term task involving high competition, but with good prospects if the right approach is taken.
He also reported on the process of Roscosmos' recovery from the financial crisis. The projected losses of the industry in 2022 were more than 50 billion rubles, but in fact they amounted to only 17 billion.
