As Izvestia writes with reference to the document, the ministry is talking about an increase in the cost of making milk, as well as the introduction of marking from September 1. All this leads to additional costs for manufacturers.

The report says that during the year the cost of production of dairy products increased by at least 10-12%. Not only raw materials have risen in price, but also their processing.

At the same time, there was no increase in prices during sales, which quite logically led to the fact that the companies' profits began to decline.

According to the information of the Ministry of Agriculture, raw milk from producers began to cost 27.6 rubles / kg (an increase of 7.7% per year), pasteurized milk - 49.1 rubles / kg (7.9%), butter - 526.3 rubles / kg (5.9%), cheese - 391.5 rubles / kg (4.1%).

Plus, as mentioned above, manufacturers were forced to send part of the funds to product labeling, the mandatory presence of which was introduced on September 1.
