The announcement will be made next week.
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 31 that the Russian government had reached an agreement with OPEC+ to reduce oil supplies from Russia to foreign markets.
The parameters of the agreement will be announced next week.
"Yes, we have reached an agreement. We will announce the main parameters publicly next week," Novak said when asked by Putin whether an agreement with OPEC+ had been reached.
Earlier, Novak said that the Cabinet will soon approve a list of special exporters of oil products from Russia to limit gray exports.
