LADA brand cars are now available for purchase on the Wildberries marketplace, starting with residents of the Volgograd region.
This initiative, presented in a press release from the online retailer and confirmed by CEO Tatiana Bakalchuk, marks a new trend in consumer behavior: customers increasingly prefer to shop for cars online.
Wildberries and AvtoVAZ announced the launch of LADA sales on the marketplace, providing customers with an easy and convenient way to purchase a car. The cooperation is planned to expand to include different regions to make the offer available to all residents of Russia. AvtoVAZ's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dmitry Kostromin, emphasized that this is a strategic decision reflecting the company's desire to keep up with modern trends in online car shopping.
The purchase process on Wildberries is simple and transparent: the client sees the final price of the car and can make a purchase in one click, paying in advance with a card. After payment, the customer only has to execute the sales contract upon receipt of the car. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for all purchased cars.
In addition, the previously launched application “World of LADA” also facilitates the process of owning a car, providing a wide range of online services, ranging from technical support to the ability to calculate the cost of maintenance and order spare parts.
