BMW has introduced a monthly paid subscription to seat heating in South Korea

In South Korea, BMW offers so-called subscription options. With it, you can activate additional functions in the car for money.

The owner does not have to visit the service - the equipment is already installed, but the software does not allow to use it.

To activate this or that function, the motorist must enter the BMW ConnectedDrive app, register, choose the necessary options and pay for the service.

Heated seats will cost $18 per month, $176 for one year and $283 for three years. Heated steering wheel costs $10, and adaptive high beams cost $8.5.

You can also hook up a DVR, which will record everything around the car and in the cabin. It costs $11 for a month, $50 for a year, and $113 for three years.
