Iranian cars under the Pobeda and Volga brands may appear on the Russian car market.
According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, there is an agreement on the production of Iranian car models in Russia, which will be produced, among other things, under the domestic brands Pobeda, Volga and Moskvich.
It is reported that Iran, which has been under Western sanctions for many years, has developed its own car production. Iranian manufacturer Iran Khodro supplied its products to the Russian market.
In addition, this company assembles some brands of cars under the Peugeot, Haima and Dongfeng brands.
