Maserati will start producing an all-electric Quattroporte in 2024. In another year, the company will present an electric Levante.
As writes Autocar, all future novelties will be built on the same architecture that went to the new Granturismo. This platform has battery cells in a T-shaped package that fills the central tunnel and the area under the rear seats. The Quattroporte electric sedan's power output will be 760 horsepower.
Production of the Quattroporte and Levante can be taken over by the Mirafiori plant in the Italian city of Turin. The carmaker announced three models, which will leave the conveyor of this enterprise.
We should remind that last year the international automobile giant Stellantis invested 700 million euros in the plant to prepare it to release electric cars.
