New VCARB 01 racing car announced

The new Formula 1 season promises to be a busy one with the unveiling of a new car from the young Red Bull racing team, now renamed Visa Cash App RB.

Presentation of the car VCARB 01 was held in Las Vegas on 8 February, reports the publication F1news. Bolide, painted in light blue colour, remained true to the traditions of previous years, when the team was called Toro Rosso.

The team from Faenza in the new season will act with an experienced driver Daniel Riccardo and a young driver Yuki Tsunoda, who already has three years of experience in Formula 1.

According to the publication, the car will be powered by a Honda RBPTH002 engine. The chassis feature is a monocoque made of composite materials, which is a Visa Cash App RB development.

The front and rear suspensions feature triangular arms made of composite materials, developed by Red Bull Technology, which ensures high steering precision and stability on the track. Important components such as the brake ducts, steering and braking system are also a product of Visa Cash App RB and Red Bull Technology.

The kit for the car includes a Honda RBPT exhaust system, carbon fibre seat, Pirelli tyres and Visa Cash App RB fuel system. The total weight of the car is 798kg.
