The automaker is also going to open a representative office in Belarus.
Iranian car brand SAIPA will come to the car market in about three months in Russia and Belarus, reports the Av.by citing the representative of the official distributor of the brand Lucky Karensey LLC.
Thus, Lucky Karensi has already signed a distribution contract with Saipa on January 25, 2023, according to which car sales may start by late spring.
At the moment the plant is going through certification of cars in the agencies of the two countries.
In particular, SAIPA has prepared a hatchback Quik and two sedans: Saina and Shahin for Belarus.
Earlier, experts said that the Iranian cars are inferior in performance to the modern AvtoVAZ cars, lagging behind them morally by 10 years.
