The supplier was the head of an elite car dealership in Moscow.
Bashkir Soda Company (BSC) has signed a contract with the sole supplier of a vehicle for the amount of 44.3 million rubles, according to the data of the state portal of public procurement, which was familiarised by UFA1.ru. The agreement was signed on 26 January. The company had previously held an auction for the supply of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class V300D Extra long minivan or a similar vehicle with an initial price of 53.82 million rubles, which failed due to a lack of bids.
The Bashkir Soda Company was deprivatised in 2020 with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In 2023, by presidential decree, the company's shares were transferred to the trust management of the Roskhim holding under the leadership of BSC director Eduard Davydov. The founders of the holding are former business partners of the Rotenberg oligarchs.
Unlike the previous auction, where the requirements for the vehicle were described in detail in the documentation, there is virtually no information about the purchased vehicle. The supplier of the vehicle was Moscow-based entrepreneur Dmitry Nekrasov, owner of the Artmobil company from Zelenograd, and ex-director of Astion Auto and the liquidated Zetstudio car trading and maintenance company.
Dmitry Nekrasov is also the head of Z'art, a company that specialises in the production of premium car interiors, including those used in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
Earlier, experts named six decent used hatchbacks up to 700 thousand rubles, and Russians did not like the simplified LADA Vesta, preferring it to more "full Chinese".
