The analytical company PPC, part of the Electronic Passport group, reported that Russians bought almost one million passenger cars from the beginning of 2023 through November, an increase of 60% year-on-year.
According to TASS, Russia's total car market, including passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks and buses, increased by 59% during the period, reaching the 1.17 million vehicles mark.
From the analysis, it emerged that trucks accounted for the largest increase in sales, rising by about 82% year-on-year. However, the bus segment showed the lowest growth, amounting to 24%.
