Dmitry Gorin, vice president of the Russian Union of Travel Industry, said at an interregional tourist forum "Intourmarket. Open Crimea" that it is necessary to restore the issuance of electronic visas for tourists who come from countries whose borders are already open.
Gorin said that in 2020 there will be 97% decrease of foreign tourists traveling to Russia. In 2021, the figures are virtually unchanged.
