Since Sunday, Russia has resumed flights with South Korea, interrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier, such a decision was made by the operational headquarters to prevent the importation and spread of the coronavirus. The Government has signed an order.

Aeroflot will begin flights to Seoul once a week, on Thursdays. The return flight will be operated on Saturdays.

Aeroflot added that the frequency of flights might increase with the improved situation.

Earlier, Russia resumed flights with Turkey, Great Britain, Tanzania, Switzerland, Egypt, the UAE, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and the Maldives.
