According to Interfax, citing the Russian embassy in Nicosia, "the reclassification of Russia into the green, orange or red zone, opening access for tourists, has been postponed until 1 April.
The Cypriot health ministry will review weekly the zones to which certain countries fall, depending on the epidemic situation. From March 1 until a decision is made, Russia will be placed in a grey zone. This means that only certain categories of people would be allowed to enter Cyprus.
